Airbnb is a distribution channel, not a second company. Apex Stays lists and operates eligible NSW properties on Airbnb and other booking platforms under one owner agreement. The legal entity remains Apex Short Stays Management
ABN 72 701 080 177.

What we actually manage

Channel setup, listing copy and photography briefing, calendar control, guest messaging, review responses, and on-the-ground coordination through the ASSM operating team. Pricing and occupancy claims are property-specific; we do not publish generic yield figures.

Compliance still sits with NSW law

An Airbnb listing does not replace STRA registration, fire-safety standards, the NSW Code of Conduct, or strata rules. If short stay is not permitted, we assess corporate or long-term use instead of listing anyway.
