Executive Leasing in NSW

Executive leasing sits between short stay and a conventional residential tenancy: furnished, professionally presented homes for stays that often run 90 nights and beyond. Apex Stays uses this path when the guest need is a temporary residence rather than a weekend booking.

When we recommend it

Interstate or international assignees, medical placements, and project leads who need a quiet apartment with parking and a proper kitchen. For owners, it can be the better fit where nightly holiday traffic is restricted by strata.

NSW notes

A STRA booking cannot last more than three months under NSW tenancy settings that sit alongside the Housing SEPP. Longer placements may need a residential tenancy pathway. We flag that split during consultation; we do not treat every long booking as short stay.
