Why it sits beside short stay

Building by-laws, insurance or the 180-night cap can make nightly letting the wrong use. A residential tenancy can still be a managed, documented income stream. We assess that before recommending a channel mix.

What owners see

Once onboarded, the Apex Stays client portal holds property records, documents and requests. ASSM is the operating name behind that platform. Staff and provider logins are not marketing products.
